   yum-my~~ I’m weak will toward any “burnt-cheese/cream potato” thing ^^;; Doria, Is that what it call?

   I *think* doria is a French word for rice gratin. Gratin is also French but it is more a general word for baked stuff(potato or pasta) with cheese and sauce. Could be wrong though. ^^;;;

   I only heard of usage of Gratin before, now learn another word. I love baked stuff~~
