Bakeshop (Prague: Jewish Quarter)

By in Prague

There is a bit of Paris in Prague around the chichi corner of Jewish Quarter. 😉 It’s a good place to stock up breads for mornings (so we won’t waste time finding breakfast).

Bakeshop said they cultivate their own yeast.

It’s also great for a light lunch. Tomato Soup with Saffron (with nice garlic toast), a very tasty and juicy Tomato Cheese Pie.

From the deli: Coucous Salad and Carrot Soup.

    that’s great!
I love bread that’s real cultivated yeast–
tastes so different from conventional bread!!

The breads (rosemary bread, olive breads) are very good~ however we ate the croissant too late (in the next day’s morning) so it wasn’t as fresh.
