These days the internet is always down at the office (wonder if the house renovation up the hill sabotages our connection…). I had my brunch at Cora Coffee Shoppe while waiting for it to be fixd. I crave Huevos Rancheros all the time (need to learn how to make myself), this one is lighter tasting than I liked but still delicious!
Mexican food?
yup, it’s the traditional Mexican egg breakfast? It’s so tasty, especially if the tomatos are fresh. I’ve tried others where they didn’t use tomato sauce but some brown bean sauce instead, didn’t like that much. Though I don’t know what is the real authentic version…^^;;
Oh it is omelette! Thought it was pancake thing…
