DSC06248.jpgBlogged about Bloom Cafe on Pico at Wilshire vista few months ago and it has become one of my favorite weekend brunch place. I love the cozy just-hip-enough interior, easy parking on the street and of course the healthy fresh tasting food.

Smoked Salmon Tartine $10 cucumber, goat cheese, watercress and chive on rasins & walnut country bread. The smoked salmon is fresh. The fries are really good!

Red Curry chicken Sandwich $9.50 Grilled chicken breast, tomato, diced apples, dried raisins, green onion and tarragon in a curry mayhonnaise. It’s good, the chicken is not dry and the sauce is tasty. Grilled Chedder Sandwich $7.50, mango chutney mustard on walnut country bread. A bit oily but not heavy. Perfect comfort food on a chilly day.

    I’ve wanted to go there forever.

    The salmon looks really really fresh, which is a pleasant change from most smoked salmon in restaurants.

    The combination of ingredients sounds tasty! Instead of using environmental-friendly plastic cup inside the restaurant, why not just use a normal glass which is reusable? ^^;;;

    Good point Seat ^^;;
    Forgot to mention this place got a very good breakfast menu and healthy drinks (Kumbocha, the amazing and effective ‘Cleanser” etc.)
