We’ve been working on the weekend a lot lately. To compensate getting up on a Sunday morning to work, we treated ourselves with baked goods from La Brea Bakery. The Burrata Proscuitto Baguette Sandwich (plastic wrap at the back) is simple but delicious. The Pine Nut Cookie (not sure of its name) is my must-get. That chewy texture is so addictive!

Hi – Did you ever go to La Brea Bakery when before Nancy Silverton sold it? People always tell me it was so much better, which always stops me from trying it. But I trust your palate, so maybe I will give it a try next time I am in the area 🙂
