Eating light to contrast with busy work days: Peppered Toro with wasabi caviar and roasted garlic. The fatty meat almost melt in your mouth and the aroma of almond and wasabi is a strong touch~ Very good but not stomach filling (not fit for work day lunch at all) ^^;;;

I did an entry on this Japanese place long time ago. I always get the half-size miso ramen (with egg and seaweed added) even it’s just taste ok, I don’t know why I keep getting it…perhaps for the trashy salty fixed? ^^;; The Tuna Lunchbox is a popular item among the co-workers.

These just look and taste too Chinese. And it’s the type of simple Chinese food that I never craved. May be that’s why I always end up getting the same ramen!? ^^;; I tried their other ramens before too, I don’t remember how they’re like but I do the remember the thought “just stick with the miso ramen.”
Stir fried Red pepper and ham
//// By Joan in Food: Kitchen
We’ve been doing some cooking ourselves since we moved to our place, hehe… We bought lots of groceries over the weekend. With no specific recipes in mind, we just get whatever we like. I like peppers a lot, especially red and yellow ones. I think they’re especially yummy when stir-fried. Ideally I would like to stir-fried pepper with fish cakes (cantonese ones) but all we had was honey baked turkey ham. I added some salt and little bit of pesto sauce (just because we had it ^^;;), pine nuts and sesame. End result? Very good :D! It got muliple flavors that blended well together well. Pesto sauce get burned easily so have to add it at the last step.
During cooking I always come upon things I wish we have, especially seasonings like peppers, basil, garlic…etc etc. It’s quite fun to not follow specific recipies and just be creative with whatever you have at the fridge, and see what you can make out of them.
