Dinner visit. Food standard is high. Not cheap, though proper chinese restaurants are expensive in Tokyo anyway. This place doesn’t seem to be that popular, always no customers….We ordered a lot more dishes but I got lazy and didn’t take pictures.

(Sep 23, 2005) My second visit to this place. 2300yen lunch course. Aubergine and katsuo sashimi. Hot and spicy soup(doesn’t look/taste like it though).
メイン:スペアリブ。柔らかくて美味しい。
ご飯もの:野菜の雑炊。
Sparerib. Vegetable soup rice.
別注文のフカヒレ丼。デザートの杏仁豆腐。
Additional order of shark fin rice. Dessert is Almond pudding.
フカヒレ丼、2100円。

Thousand year old egg tofu is my favorite dish! The pork is presented like a French dish, so gourmet looking ^^;;;
The dumplings are so smooth and aero dynamic ^^;

The skin is chewy and smooth too, very good, though would be better with more meat inside.

I wish they had given us more of the egg!! Also the taste is too mild for my taste, but I guess that is just right for Japanese customers who are probably not used to it. Yeah that’s why I like this place maybe, very gourmet and trendy looking. ^^;;
Ah toned down food but nice trendy look, can’t have everything ^^;;;
