The basic dinner course was 4700yen, but we ordered a full course including two amuses, two appetizers, a main dish and dessert, and many choices have extra charge, plus two glasses of drinks, probably service charge, bread charge, whatever charge, so it came to more than 8000yen. The food was nice, but not like so very fantastic that I would want to go back again I suppose. I didn't have the sea urchin appetizer, because it was cold corn soup with sea urchin as toppings, and I don't like cold soup so I ordered the fish one. All the stuff I ordered were a bit salty but my friend said it was okay for her. The 2 foie gras appetizers we shared, the foie gras taste was a bit too weak and not so satisfying for my foie gras craving...
アミューズの蕪のスープ。
ブーシュのブイヤベースのコンソメジュレ、サフラン風味のラタトゥイユ添え。
前菜一皿：
フレッシュフォアグラのムース、ロワイヤルの仕立て。
友人と同じものを選んだけど、違うスタイルにしてもらった。左はイチジクなど添えて、右はカボチャムース添え。
前菜二皿：
高知からの鮎のポワレ、リゾット添え。（私の選択）
トウモロコシの冷たいスープ、生ウニとオマール海老のコンソメジュレ添え、エストラゴン風味。
主菜：
イベリコ豚霜ふり肩ロースのロースト カルダモン風味。（私のチョイス）
和牛ホホ肉の赤ワイン煮。
白桃のソルベ、白桃とヨーグルトのスープにミント風味シャンパンメレンゲを添えて。
カクテルとグラスワインを一杯ずつ頼んで、追加料金も含めて、一人あたり８３００円だった。

トウモロコシのクレープとフォアグラのポワレ。絶品～！！仔鴨の胸肉、パルサミコソース。肉は柔らかくて、ソースは甘すぎなくて、美味しい～。ブラマンジェとコーヒーも美味しくて、ランチで３４６５円。It looks pretty normal in pictures but the food is really high standard. Especially the sweet corn crepe and panfried foie gras - absolutely heaven~~. But the portion is very small and not cheap even for lunch.

札幌カリーYOSHIMI
ラムと野菜のジンギスカンスープカレー、ハーフサラダ、あずきパフェ。全部で２３００円。The lamb and the vegetables are really good but the soup curry itself is terrible. Also, everything in the parfait is yummy except the soft ice-cream which is very watery and tasteless. Damn it is quite expensive now I think about it.

海遊山楽 ゆう
松花堂弁当、９００円。暑くて食欲がなく、さっぱりした和食にしようと思ったら、ガッツリの量が出た。結局パクパク全部食べたけど。玄米ご飯が選べるのはうれしい。Beef salad, fried pork with egg, chicken with miso, sashimi, crab miso soup, tofu....quite a lot of food for 900yen.

オードブルの盛り合わせ。鴨のロースト、カシス添え。ココナッツのブラマンジェ。前菜は前回と同じものを注文しちゃって、失敗。鴨は前回の羊より好み。美味しい美味しい。隣のテーブル見ると、パルサミコにオリーブオイル、みたいなソースが多い気がする。ランチコースは１６８０円。Roasted duck in cassis sauce, v. good! Coconut blanc manger, a bit too sweet but good too.

フォアグラ テリーヌ。豚ロースト。 The lunch is actually very cheap - 1000yen including the appetizer and the main, but I chose the foie gras as appetizer which is +800yen....bad choice since the slice is way toooooooo thin to worth an extra 800yen. I must learn to stop myself from ordering foie gras everytime it comes up in the menu!!

ア・マ・テラス (a ma terrasse)
フォアグラのポワレ、玉葱のアイス、スープとフランとともに。これは、ちょっと驚き。初めての味。美味しい～。豚のスペアリブのコンフィ。Pan-fried foie gras, with ice, soup and fran made from onion. Really really good! Pork spare-rib. The potato is layered with a thin slice of ham.
春菊のブラマンジェ。変わった味にびっくり、やっぱり美味しい。Veggie blanc manger, quite good actually! I went during the normal lunch time yet I was the only customer throughout....the waitress was friendly and came to talk to me from time to time, which was nice but made me kinda nervous - eating alone in an empty restaurant got me quite tensed up anyway. ^^;;
