DSC01583.jpgBuilt your own burger! Freda’s Burger 😀 $6.95 Honey wheat bun, 1/3 lb. beef, caramelized onion marmarald, blue cheese, sauteed mushroom, hard boiled egg, mixed baby green and sprout. Result? Total failure…too much scattering volumetric pieces that simply won’t hold together as a burger. The patty is very good though, medium rare~

    When you make your own burger/sandwich/spring rolls somehow you just end up putting too much stuff in that it just falls apart – always put less than the amount you think you need~~~err, not that I make my food that often…

    I’m such an amateur ^^;; Other people built their burger so successfully, “Oh my burger is like the Lousiana Burger” I just picked all the ingredients I like ‘indivdually”…I dunno the art of combination at all (like for example I won’t expect a touch of grilled red onions might do some sort of magic because I don’t like onion by itself ) ^^;; Such a deep knowledge…^^;;;
