Dinner at The Buttery Restaurant, were attracted by the outdoor patio and the menu 😀 Their menu is mostly simple French cusine. Escagot $12, yum!!! Drink: Lemon Drop and Cider.
French Onion Gratin Soup (quite good~) and Scallop.
Roast Duckling and Lamb. A lot of meat but very juicy, the sauce a bit too light for my taste though. I’m already very grateful after the disasterous dinners from previous nights.
The place is very old and historic (it survived way back from the 1812 war with Americans!) On certain nights, they have King Henry VIII theater, where they acted out a Tudor court Medival Feast. Sounds fun~~
The food looks very simple but good~~The escargots are huge!! You went with your parents, right?? Did they like it??
Yeah they like it, definitely like it more than tourisy food!
