Our lunch at Shaw Cafe and Wine Bar is possbilily the best meal in this trip! The interior is so beautiful (see more pix on their website). The dessert is Grand Marnier Mousse, light refreshing orange flavoured white mousse~ The two coffee drinks are: Icewine + Coffee (quite gross especially it’s hot -__-;;) and Amaretto, Bailey + Ice Coffee (very good!).

Chef’s Pate: Cherry Icewine and orange infuse pate with cranberry jelly, served with sliced baguette and French Cornichon.

Linguini and Sausage, linguini and maple wood smoked cabanossi sausage in spinach and basil pesto, with cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, artichokes, herbs and asiago cheese. My father was wow by how good it is.

Steamed mussels: Chardonnay steamed P.E.I. mussels with smoked sausage, scallions and roaste garlic in tomato broth. So many jumbo mussels and the broth is sooo heavenly. All delicious~

DSC04098.jpgDSC04086.jpgJust as the name of the cafe suggest, there’s a statue of George Bernard Shaw (the famous Irish playwrites whom represent this theatrical town) at the patio. All items on menu has different wine recommendation. I wanted to try their dinner but we didn’t get to. 🙁 I also peeked at the kitchen, the head chefs and assistances are all young guys~
