A new Vietnamese (Japanese owned?) restaurant was opened next to Blue Marlin and I finally tried it because someone told me their simmered pork is supposedly better than this. But I didn’t see it on the menu nor it looked like they’d have it!? The menu looked very generic and very simplified-for-American. The mushroom and springroll bun I had looks very Chinese, and the sauce was the disappointing hoi sin sauce…-__- (why not fish sauce?)
