フォアグラのポワレ、玉葱のアイス、スープとフランとともに。豚のスペアリブのコンフィ。
Pan-fried foie gras, with onion ice, onion soup and onion fran. Really really good! Pork spare-rib. The potato is layered with a thin slice of ham.

Chrysanthemum leaves (shungiku) blanc manger, quite good actually! I went during the normal lunch time yet I was the only customer throughout….the waitress was friendly and came to talk to me from time to time, which was nice but made me kinda nervous – eating alone in an empty restaurant got me quite tensed up anyway. ^^;;

仔羊のプロヴァンス丼、２０００円。フォワグラ丼、１８５０円。ポタージュ、プリン、凍頂ウーロン茶が付く。

五穀米が入ってるハーブライス。
Lamb chop rice bowl and foie gras rice bowl – both exceptionally good. It was all counter seats and I went with a friend and we were the only customers. The chef was preparing our food quietly at first, but after he served us he started talking, and once he started he never stopped!! He was so funny and friendly and we talked, of course about food, for like one and a half hour~~~
